Terms and Conditions
Top Ranking Position are committed to delivering the best possible service to all our clients, the following Terms are designed to set out clearly from the start what we can expect from each other throughout our partnership.
1. Terms:
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to You (the client) and are binding for the duration of the contractual period agreed by Top Ranking Position and You regarding Search Engine Optimisation of your website.
2. Contractual Period:
2.1 The contract between Top Ranking Position and You will run for a 30 day period from the date the contract is received by Top Ranking Position, signed and dated by You.
2.2 The Initial payment will cover the first month’s set up and optimisation costs.
2.3 All subsequent monthly renewal payments will be charged at a discounted rate.
2.4 No optimisation work will commence on a website until a signed copy of this agreement is returned to our office by fax or email.
3. Services:
3.1 Top Ranking Position will ensure, where possible, that all advertising requirements are met. However this is wholly dependent on information provided by you to enable Top Ranking Position to carry out work accordingly.
3.2 Top Ranking Position aim to significantly increase your businesses online presence and website rankings on a month by month comparable basis. We do not guarantee to increase or generate further business or sales as a result of optimisation.
4. Client Contact:
4.1 You must provide a valid contact telephone number and email address to enable Top Ranking Position to contact you when necessary.
4.2 Top Ranking Position will ensure contact is maintained at all times, providing you with account performance updates. Top Ranking Position requires you to do the same with regards to website changes, namely content changes not provided by Top Ranking Position to ensure the account is always up to date to enable optimum performance.
4.3 You must work with Top Ranking Position to ensure that any changes required on your website are made as quickly as possible. Any delays to amendments to the website for optimisation purposes may adversely affect the results we can display within a given 30 day period.
5. Payment:
5.1 Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis as appropriate and fees shall be paid, without deduction, on the renewal date determined by the original agreement start date.
5.2 In the event of non or failed payment Top Ranking Position will suspend all further work on the account until any outstanding payment(s) due are received in full
6. Payment Methods:
6.1 The initial set up payment can be made by Credit or Debit card, Bank transfer or PayPal.
6.2 You will agree to provide all relevant payment details to ensure payments can be taken successfully on the set payment date.
6.3 You shall pay the on-going monthly payments of the agreed amount by Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
6.4 You are responsible for advising Top Ranking Position of any changes to Your payment details, failure to do so, therefore resulting in a failed payment, may result in all work on the optimisation of your site being suspended.
7. Confidentiality Assurance:
7.1 Top Ranking Position undertakes that all information pertaining to your business and the optimisation of your website shall remain confidential at all times and under no circumstances will your details be passed to any third parties without your prior consent.
8. Contractual Stipulations:
8.1 The contract between Top Ranking Position and You shall not be a sign of exclusivity on the part of Top Ranking Position, nothing within this Agreement will prevent Top Ranking Position representing another party who may provide a similar service/product as you.
9. Cancellation Terms:
9.1 After the initial 30 day contract ends your contract with Top Ranking Position will become a rolling 30 day contract.
9.2 The 30 day rolling contract can cancelled by either party by submitting written notice by letter, email or fax with notice of no less than thirty (30) days.
9.2 Upon cancellation work will cease at the end of the current working period as stipulated by you. Any work carried out by Top Ranking Position on Your behalf will remain in place and will not be undone.
9.3 If this agreement is terminated part way though a ‘working month’ no monies will be refunded.
